Latest News - Parking Sense to be Part of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Upgrade

Parking Sense's EasyGuide Guidance system will be installed as part of a 2016 upgrade of four buildings at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The installation which in addition to 546 EasyGuide Overhead Indicators also includes 8 EasyCount Car Counters, LED signage and HUB barriers.

The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) is located on 113 acres in Washington, D.C., and over the years has served more than 150,000 active and retired personnel from all branches of the military. Since its origins, it has grown from an 80 bed capacity to over 5,500 rooms covering more than 28 acres of floor space.

Parking Sense was chosen as the supplier of Guidance by J ohn C. Grimbery Co. Inc who were awarded the US$17M federal contract by U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command for the upgrade and repair of four buildings at the iconic medical facility.
