Challenge

A world-class company that is known for having a great work environment and employee perks is consolidating operations by moving all employees to a 90-acre corporate campus.

With an influx of employee the corporate campus required a parking system that would minimize employee commute time, add to the perks of working at the new campus and stay “evergreen” with updates available to accommodate the latest innovations in parking technology.

Strategy

To accommodate the incoming employees additional parking is required. Two, new, five-story parking garages and a select parking system is installed. The system had to be cost-effective, enable employees to find parking quickly, add to the perks of working at the new campus and stay “evergreen” with updates available to accommodate the latest innovations in parking technology.
